Caitlin Marie Roop is part owner and Licensed Master Esthetician at Glow Aesthetics Center in Winchester, Virginia. She and her husband relocated from Richmond, Virginia in 2019 and had their first baby girl in 2020. Caitlin started her career in aesthetics in 2011. She spent many years working very closely with highly trained physicians and nurses to better expand her knowledge in the medical industry. Caitlin attended American Spirit Institute in Richmond, Virginia and later obtained her Master License from The Esthetic Institute in Vienna, Virginia. Caitlin has a true passion for aesthetics and works to customize each client's experience to best fit their needs. Caitlin, her husband David, and daughter Ella reside in Stephenson with their kitty, Oliver and doggie, Grace.
Caitlin is certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.
Amy Lewis, LME
Owner / Director of Operations / Licensed Master Esthetician/Laser Technician
Amy Lewis is the co-owner and Director of Operations at Glow Aesthetics Center in Winchester, VA. Amy started her first business in 2011 running her own insurance agency. After a total of twenty years in the insurance industry, she wanted to pursue her passion in skin care and cosmetics. In February 2020, she took over ownership of Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio and Day spa in Winchester, VA. After working with countless clients on their skin care and cosmetic needs, she soon realized that a void exists locally for facial rejuvenation. Hence the formation of Glow Aesthetics Center. Amy decided that she wanted to further her knowledge in aesthetics and has been a licensed master esthetician since 2021. Amy is driven by seeing a woman's confidence level rise when they feel good about the way they look. Amy is a Winchester Native. She along with her husband PJ, have two sons, Landen and Dylan. As a family they enjoy watching the boys play sports and spending time with their four sweet dogs.

Caitlin Barnes, PA-C
Provider, Injector
Caitlin is a board-certified Physician Assistant who graduated with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, WV in 2015. Prior to that she completed her Bachelors in Biology at Shenandoah University.
She has lived in the Winchester area her entire life and graduated from James Wood High School. She spends most of her free time outside of work with her husband and dog, Bodie. She enjoys traveling, exercise fitness, trying new foods, and anything Harry Potter.
Caitlin is currently practicing as an orthopedic PA and has extensive experience in multiple types of injection treatments and minor procedures. She is excited to provide cosmetic injections to the Winchester area and to now be a part of the Glow Aesthetics Center located inside of Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio & Day Spa. She cannot wait to help our clients feel confident and beautiful!
Danielle Chatelain, PA-C
Provider, Injector
Danielle is a board certified Physician Assistant that graduated from Alderson Broaddus University in West Virginia with her Masters Degree. She was born and raised in Texas and a former Penn State D1 Athlete. Danielle is a practicing Physician Assistant in family medicine and an Aesthetic Cosmetic Injector currently.
She enjoys going boating, college football, and spending time with her family and Bulldog puppy. She is experienced in the world of fitness, managing weight loss and improving quality of life by focusing on overall quality of health.
Danielle has past experience and interests with weight loss management, B12 Shots and IV Hydration! We are thrilled to have Danielle join the Glow team and look forward to very exciting things to come!!
Rachel VanThof, LME
Licensed Master Esthetician
Rachel VanThof is a Licensed Master Esthetician at Glow Aesthetics Center in Winchester, Virginia. She and her husband relocated from Rochester, New York in 2017 and had their first baby girl in 2021. Rachel started her aesthetics career in 2021 and loves learning and continuing to educate herself in the skincare industry. Rachel started out in medical administration but has always had a true passion for skincare, so went back to school and attended Dermal Science International Aesthetics Academy in Reston, Virginia to pursue her aesthetic career. Rachel has a true passion for helping clients gain confidence and feel good in their own skin. She works to customize each client's treatment and experience to help them achieve their skincare goals. When not in the treatment room, you can find Rachel spending time with family, going for walks with her daughter, Haley, and traveling to new places with her best friend.
Anthony caban, lmt

Anthony is a Licensed Massage Therapist, who has been practicing massage therapy for 6 years. He spent 13 years in the medical field before going to school for his Virginia Massage Therapy license. Anthony moved to Northern Virginia in 2013 from Central New York, and has been in Winchester for 3 years. He is credited and proficient in relaxation, therapeutic, prenatal, medical, as well as pre/post sports massage. His hobbies include spending time with loved ones, hiking, traveling and mountain biking.
Emily Rogers, B.S.B.A.
Business Administrator & Social Media Manager
Emily is a graduate of Shepherd University and has her degree in Business Administration and minor in marketing. Emily has lived in Florida, Ohio, and now lives in West Virginia; but is looking to make Winchester her home in the near future. We met Emily by chance when she came to our studio to accompany her friend to an appointment. We heard her discussing skincare and asked her if she was interested in a position. She has always had a passion for skincare; between her knowledge of skincare, aesthetics, and business, we knew we wanted her on our team. Emily joined us in January and we can’t wait to grow together and see what the future holds.
Dr. Bruce M. Freedman, MD FACS
Medical Director
Dr. Bruce M. Freedman graduated from Duke University school of Medicine in 1982. Dr. Freedman is certified by the American Society of Plastic Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Plastic Surgeons, as well Chief of Plastic Surgery at Reston Hospital. All while working daily in private practice as a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon.
Dr. Bruce Freedman has over 40 publications in medical journals and textbooks, and continues to perform research and lectures on the latest developments in cosmetic surgery. He has research and published documents on multiple Aesthetic and Cosmetic Procedures.
